- Boil Potatoes till tender
- Cut carrots into long slender pieces
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes
- Fry d mashed potatoes and carrots in little oil in a kadai
- Sprinkle Channa Masala and add salt to taste
- Garnish with Rashly chopped Coriander and mint leaves
- Take Bread slices dipped in little water
- put in some of the above prepared filling
- Make the whole stuff into a ball
- Bring the Oil to boil in a bigger Kadai
- Put in the balls
- Dip d already prepared Balls into readymade dosa mix flour...
- Deep fry them in oil...
